There may be very few words that need to be said in this post other than, I visited the Kinfolk Gallery! It was a dream and pleasure to visit while I was in Copenhagen this August. This gallery is a part of the Kinfolk office/HQ in Copenhagen and used by the team daily.
The light in the Kinfolk Gallery was incredible, thanks to the huge windows, incredible wall treatments by Kabe and clever minimal spatial design by Norm Architects. The space showcased the most beautiful furniture, lighting and surfaces, for the most beautiful people to work at or gather around, with brands such as Menu, Paustian, Dinesen, Frama , Apparatus to name a few. I don’t think I need to analyse this too much, if at all, it’s stunning and works as a gallery, lunch room, meeting space with lashings of style.
I’m obsessed with everything that I saw, even some stuff that I can’t share, sorry! With my camera in hand, I captured some of the peaceful spaces within these Kinfolk walls. For the designer in me and minimalist, I search to learn and be inspired. This place has done just that.
Dreamy right?!

Simply stunning! I’ve always wanted to visit, v. jel Hannah!! xx
wow!
Definitely a space where less is more. Absolutely stunning. Is it a concrete wall? Really looks gorgeous with the orange couch and blue accent. Right up my street! x
so beautiful! Is it a lime wash finish on the walls? did you happen to ask?
the wall treatment is by KABE Copenahgen, a matt polished plaster. It may be a special material though, best ask KABE! xx
