Monochrome minimalism has indeed taken over my life, even when it comes to my Christmas styling. I think that however you decorate for Christmas should represent your style and lets face it, you have to temporarily redecorate your home so why not keep it in a style that you love. Go crazy if you can live with it but for me, right now, I’m in much need of calm and rest so I’ve opted for the less is more approach . As I’m becoming more and more obsessed with minimalism, scandinavian design and the art of simplicity, it seemed to be a perfect style for my calming Christmas vase.
The paper stars are actually wine glass tags I had in my drawer, I couldn’t resist my treasured porcelain acorn ornament bought from Liberty last year.
I made the wooden bead decorations, very simply made by just threading together with leather thong. You can buy the supplies from Hobbycraft and also from Amazon where I purchased them from (thank goodness for Prime), check out my Amazon store.

Hope you enjoyed my minimal styling, who knows next year I might go colour crazy! How have you decorated for Christmas this year? I wish you all a very merry Christmas!
